Problem: As a Business Access Administrator (BAA) affiliated to a Business Identification Number (BIN) in OPRS, I want to be able to remove either myself or other BAA's that should no longer have access to the BIN(s) affiliated to.
Resolution: Business owners or preparers who are affiliated with the role of BAA to BIN(s) cannot remove or revoke their own or other BAA affiliations. They would need to make that request to the Oregon Employment Department by emailing OED_TaxInfo_User@Oregon.gov with the username they wish to be removed and the BIN they wish the removal of affiliation from.
If you requested removal of the only BAA on the account, you must register and affiliate as the BAA to the account in order to file combined payroll reports. Please note, we advise you do not remove the only BAA on the account until after another has been set up in order to effectively manage your account.
**There must always be at least one BAA on your account.
**Please note: It is the business's responsibility to periodically review the approved users affiliated with their BIN(s) to verify their access rights.
Below are instructions to register, affiliate, and manage users in OPRS, if you have not already done so.
