I started a report in OPRS, but when attempting to search for it I am unable to find it. What do I do?
This is because OPRS defaults the year to the current year. Most of the time, users will be able to find their reports just fine, but at the beginning of a new year users may forget to double check the drop down when searching for their reports.
To find your reports in progress, follow these simple steps:
- Log into OPRS
- On the Home Page, select ‘Reports in Progress’ on the right of the page
- Once taken to the ‘Reports in Progress’ search page you will see the year prefilled with the current year
- Select the ‘Year’ drop down and change it to the year you are searching for
- You can also change the drop downs to reflect what you are searching for or filter based on company name and/account# or BIN
