Overview
The Schedule B form is used to enter the amount of Oregon income tax withheld from your employees during each payroll period. There is a separate screen for each month in the quarter being worked. Each month contains boxes which correspond to the days in that month. Find the boxes that match your payroll dates. Do not enter credits. Any credits from a previous quarter should be entered in the "Oregon Tax Prepaid this Quarter" box on the "State Withholding" column of the "Oregon Quarterly - Tax Information" screen.
Note: This screen is for employers who are required to deposit on a semi-weekly or one-banking-day basis. You will only see this screen if you indicated that you make withholding deposits more frequently than monthly on the "Withholding Frequency Selection" screen. If you are required to make withholding deposits quarterly, monthly, or are not subject to State Withholding, go back to the "Withholding Frequency Selection" screen and make the proper selection.
