The Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS) is a secure, online application which allows employers and employer agents to electronically file Oregon combined payroll tax reports quickly and easily for the Employment Department, Department of Revenue (DOR), and Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS).
New filing options include the:
- Annual Domestic Report (Form OA and Form 132 - Domestic)
- Agricultural Annual Workers' Benefit Fund Assessment Report (Form OQ - Annual)

Printed copies are not intended for submission and are to be used for record keeping purposes only.
There are no e-mail confirmations provided by OPRS. To confirm the status of a report, use the "Search" feature on the System home screen.
