As I identified in previous FAQ articles, the Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS) works best using Mozilla Firefox. If you don't have it or don't have plans to install it your session views may be different than in Firefox. Because OPRS was created using Firefox, that is the Browser we are supporting while accessing the system. You can use other Browsers, but you may have viewing issues based on those Browsers, configured group policies and/or your customized settings. If you are using Internet Explorer, turning off compatibility view will help make your screen more user friendly. You may also need to adjust your display settings and/or adjust your zoom in your Browser.
Other reasons that could cause viewing issues include:
- Browser security settings set too high to allow for viewing of OPRS because it is a secure site with confidential information
- Your anti-virus has safe Browsing enabled; which will not allow the ability to view secure data located in OPRS
